K2 Ultra Training: A Unique Approach to Ultrarunning
|
Koach Karl's passion is in the ultrarunning community. Want to do something out of the ordinary and run a 50K, 50-miler, 100-miler... or a multi-day event? You've come to the right place!
- 50K/50-mile/100-mile+ endurance runs
- multi-day events
- road and trail ultras

- at least 2-4 group training sessions each month with other members
There are a number of ultrarunning events both locally and regionally (Koach can also help you pick from a number of national events). Koach Karl will help you pick your event. Ask him about running the event with you!

Personal Training: For More Individualized Attention

Personalized training is available for those who wish to have one-on-one training sessions with Koach Karl. This includes all aspects of the group training, along with 1-5 individual sessions each week.
